Payment can be made using a credit card, debit card or linked bank account via PayPal.
Payments will be taken and settled at the time an order is placed.


For unframed posters: Free UK delivery irrespective of order size.
For cards: A flat delivery charge of £0.80 if cards are ordered alone. There is no extra delivery cost for cards ordered with other products.
For orders that include mugs, jugs or cushions: A flat delivery charge of £3 irrespective of order size.


For cards and unframed posters: A flat delivery charge of £8.50 irrespective of order size.
For orders that include mugs, jugs or cushions: A flat delivery charge of £12 irrespective of order size.
Overseas orders will either need to be signed for or will be sent by a trackable delivery service (or both if possible).


Deliveries are made during working days (Monday – Friday 9.00am – 5.00pm with the exception of bank holidays). Orders cannot be delivered to PO Boxes and times cannot be specified for standard deliveries. Customers should provide a delivery address where there is usually a trusted person available to sign for their order during these hours.

Orders will usually be posted out within 2 working days after they are received.

UK orders will be sent by Royal Mail Signed for or an equivalent service which aims to deliver within 3 working days. However, Linden Williamson advises customers to allow 10 working days to be safe. If the order is urgent, customers should contact Linden Williamson for first class or next day delivery quotations.

Orders sent to customers outside the UK will be sent by Royal Mail International signed for, Royal Mail Airsure or an equivalent service, which aims to delivery within 5 working days. However, Linden Williamson cannot guarantee this and advises customers to allow at least 15 working days for orders to reach them. Customers are responsible for any customs delays or costs that their government imposes.


Orders can be cancelled up to the time of dispatch to the customer.

If you wish to cancel your order please contact Linden Williamson by email or telephone. Linden Williamson will refund all items and delivery charges for goods that have not yet been dispatched at the time the cancellation request is received. Linden Williamson is unable to cancel or change cards once they have been personalised.


Linden Williamson wants to ensure all customers are delighted with their purchases.

Orders will be deemed to have been accepted unless the customer requests a refund/replacement by email to Linden Williamson within 14 working days of receipt. The customer then has a further 14 days to return the goods to Linden Williamson. Customers should await and follow return instructions.

Returns are to be sent at the customers own cost and risk. Linden Williamson cannot be held responsible for items during transit but will contact the sender on their safe arrival. Once Linden Williamson has received the goods in their original condition; she will issue a refund or replacement as required.

For damaged/ faulty goods the customer may be asked to email a photograph of the product/s in question. If Linden Williamson requests for the customer to return the faulty goods, and they are received within 14 days as per instructed along with a delivery receipt, the cost of returning them will be refunded.

If the above returns procedure is not adhered to within the times stated above, Linden Williamson is not obligated to accept any rejections by customers of goods at a later date.
